Who We Are
After establishing a successful academic and clinical career in ophthalmology and glaucoma, William C. Stewart, MD, co-founded PRN, LLC, which focuses on clinical research management. Most recently he assists startups in developing new ophthalmic medications.
Jeanette Stewart began her professional career as a critical care nurse before moving into ophthalmic research. She co-founded PRN, LLC, which is an ophthalmic clinical research organization and consults as a Clinical Operations expert.
In 2000 the Stewarts co-founded Teleios, Inc., a non-profit foundation to teach scripture to younger generations, spread the gospel and to use their scientific research skills to generate evidence supporting the truth of the Bible.
The Stewarts have been active in Christian leadership for over four decades. They both followed a part-time non-graduate study path at Dallas Theological Seminary. Both subsequently lectured on numerous occasions in the D.Min doctoral program at the Seminary.
Each has served in local church leadership positions. Together they have taught local medical school and college campus ministries and have mentored and taught over 300 students individually and hundreds of others in group Bible studies and classes.
Jeanette recently served on the Board of Directors for Chosen People Ministries.

Joycee Esmaquil has extensive experience in executive support and operations, and now works alongside Dr. William and Jeanette Stewart to support the daily activities of Teleios. She plays an active role in coordinating and administering programs that further the foundation’s mission.
Teleios Board Member
Suzy Kopp is an energetic, well-established real estate professional in the Charleston, South Carolina area, who specializes in beach properties. She serves on the Teleios Board of Directors which benefits from both her business experience and her passion for sharing the good news of Jesus Christ.
Social Media Support
Based in the Philippines, Abigail Pabro supports Teleios by co-creating dynamic social media content, processing and refining educational materials like videos and podcasts, co-designing intuitive websites, and delivering vital administrative services. Her contributions ensure that Teleios’ digital presence and educational outreach are effective and impactful.
IT Support
Rev. Simon Kariuki provides essential technical IT support to Teleios from Kenya. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Master of Divinity (MDiv) in Biblical Studies from Africa International University. Rev. Simon is passionate about Bible study and writes extensively on various biblical and theological topics. He is married to Janet, and together they are blessed with three children.
Bible Study Teachers
Rhonda Williams has been mentoring students for Teleios since 2019. She has worked in Christian Education and as a Small Group Director with over 10 years of experience in ministry leadership, discipleship, spiritual formation, writing, and speaking. Rhonda has a Master of Arts in Christian Education from Dallas Theological Seminary. She currently resides in Dallas, Texas.
Michael Weis has been mentoring students for Teleios since 2020. He has taught the Bible and been in ministry for over 20 years. Michael received his M.Div. from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and Doctoral degree from Luther Rice College and Seminary. He currently resides in Hong Kong.
What We Believe
- The Bible is the inspired and only infallible, authoritative Word of God.
- There is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
- The deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and His personal return in power and glory.
- Salvation of lost and sinful people is a free unmerited gift through faith in Jesus Christ’s sacrifice on the cross and his resurrection.
- Regeneration by the Holy Spirit at salvation and His sealing unto the day of redemption.
- The eternal security of the believer.
- The present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life.
- Christ currently sits at the right hand of God and heads and sanctifies His body, the church.
- The resurrection of both the saved and the lost; those saved unto the resurrection of life and those lost unto damnation.
- The spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.

Believe these 4 simple truths and know you have salvation!

Now that you believe, what to do next?
1. Prayer– Talk to God through a request for help or expression of thanks. Make time to be quiet and direct your thoughts to God.
2. Praise– Speak in admiration of God. Tell others about God’s goodness in your life.
3. Study scripture– Learn the Bible. Start with the first chapter of Ephesians. Learn the inductive method of Bible study. Find a trusted mentor to teach you.
4. Fellowship– Get together with like-minded believers. Find a Bible believing church and find someone who will encourage you and promote obedience to God.
5. Outreach– Tell someone else the good news about salvation through Christ. Identify someone you know who needs to hear the good news. Make a plan to talk to them.
